Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform incident investigations and analysis by working closely with stakeholders:
    • Ensure the adherence of relevant framework,
    • Ensure the root causes are correctly and exhaustively identified,
    • Ensure that preventive measures are effective in mitigating risk of recurrence.
  • To improve ORM Framework in Shared Service Center (SSC) by:
    • Work with all department of SSC to complete the RCSA.
    • Be central point of contact of SSC to liaise with insourcing branches on RCSA matter.
    • Define and execute Key Control Testing (KCT) with regular reporting to management.
  • To execute In-Office Inspection according to the Head Office rules.
  • Plans and facilities vendor performance annual reviews and renewal of Contracts with outsourcing and non-outsourcing (vendor management) before expiry.
    • Conduct vendor due diligence (Know-Your-Vendor) on outsourcing and non-outsourcing.
    • Prepare periodic reporting (Quarterly and Annually) to Head Office.
    • Outsourcing and non-outsourcing's contract monitoring on monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely escalation to Supervisor/Management in case of any issues.
  • To support Bank activities interrupted by emergency/visit.
  • To perform duties for open/close main vault as and when assigned.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operation Risk Management (ORM).
  • Strong incident analytical skills required, with the knowledge of developing RCSA and Key Control Testing (KCT).
  • Preferably experience candidate from banking industry or shared service center.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Good initiative and ability to manage own time.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines and work objectives.
  • Ability to manage various stakeholders on various tasks/topics.
