Job Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and implement the company's quality, environment and other management systems to build a quality culture; support, guide and push the improvement of product and service quality.
  • Formulate the company's quality policy and quality objectives, and decompose the policy and objectives. Formulate quality work plans, monitor the implementation and completion of various work tasks.
  • Analyze the trends of various quality data and formulate improvement plans, and audit the on-site implementation of various quality actions.
  • Organize and implement company-level internal audits, management review, monitor and audit of various management systems, renewal and upgrade audits, and other third-party audits; continuously improve through PDCA to improve the quality of system operation.
  • Promote the improvement of incoming material quality, plan incoming material testing resources, and continuously improve incoming material testing capabilities; Be in charge of handling major incoming material and incoming material quality issues during the process.
  • Responsible for quality assurance management, organizing special quality improvements for internal and outsourced factories ; formulating special on-site audit plans, organizing resources to implement regular audits, and promoting the improvement of on-site quality management capabilities; taking the lead in handling major batch quality issues, promoting, tracking and verifying improvement measures.
  • Responsible for the organization and planning of responding to customer audit needs, and promoting the implementation of various contents.
  • Responsible for handling major customer complaints, compiling reports and promoting, tracking and verifying improvement measures.
  • Responsible for the quality team’s organizational capacity building and improvement.
  • Management, training, performance appraisal and capacity building of quality department personnel.
  • Participate in company-level management improvements, including proposals, discussions, implementation, and results evaluation of company management improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Having more than 10 years of relevant quality management experience; experience in quality team management is preferred.
  • Familiar with the necessary knowledge and quality management tools for management system and certification; have experience in quality, manufacturing and process of large electronics factories;
  • Familiar with five major quality tools : SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA.
