Job Purpose:
- Lead and drive the employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Manage and lead the recruitment processes and the overall utilization of recruiters.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Lead and manage the delivery of strategic manpower planning and recruitment activities to meet the Bank’s talent needs.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on recruitment related matters including staff movement/placement etc.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and customer service standards.
• Responsible for recruitment or contract renewal of senior level positions i.e., Head and above.
• Responsible for employment branding.
• To promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by integrating social and environmental responsibility into performance measures, the Bank can encourage employees to actively participate in community engagement and sustainability initiatives.
• Prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance by promoting flexible work arrangements, encouraging employee health and wellness programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Involvement in Bank-wide environment and community program - measured by completion date, progress, milestone achieved etc.
• To achieve satisfaction level amongst the staff based on the Employee Engagement Survey.
• To ensure the quality of the recruitment process based on the job offer acceptance rate.
• To ensure the vacancy rate for MCP/FCP and other critical positions are within the targeted rate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Preferably a recognized master holder or graduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the areas of recruitment and selection.
• Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, possess attention to details and strong abilities to set priorities and meet strict deadlines.
