Key Accountabilities

  • Develop SPR and Order for Build to Suit, Colocation, Upgrade, Decommission etc. in accordance with company guidelines and processes/ Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identify and validate the details in each SPR/ Order Forms especially for upgrades (e.g. Active Equipment’s count/ ground space)
  • Analyze and drive customer contracts in light of policies to validate that the structure of pricing are consistent with price lists and company policies.
  • Lead and managing customers on the VO items verifications and disputes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NTCs, customers, to foster collaboration and drive business partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, pricing, MLA, legal, engineering, operations, and finance, to align Sales Operations initiatives with overall company goals and ensure successful execution.
  • Analyse and drive improving on quote to order conversion aging and report the status of SRF/SOF and escalate to Sales team when required
  • To support AR Resolution Management team to resolve and manage aspects of disputes and ageing (more than 90 days) with customers and internal stakeholder. This including resolve dispute settlement, reporting, data analysis, dispute management & prevention and business process changes/updates.

This job requires an excellent working relationship with many levels of people across the company in order to understand company’s position, dynamics of the industry and economic environment. eg: Engineering, Operation, Finance Team, Sales. REM, Director of Malaysia Operations

External

  • Engagement with customer working level and management team.
  • To gather and understand the requirements from the working level team.
  • To present to working level and management team on our findings and recommendations.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • A recognized Bachelor's Degree, preferably Telecommunications, Business Administration, Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 6 – 8 years relevant experience integrating & supporting Order Management process
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence internal stakeholders and customers at all levels included senior management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
  • “Multilingual” - speaking the languages of business, finance, sales and serving as interpreters between these groups.
  • Able to prepare presentation material and present to customers mid and high-level management team.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and exceptional project management skill to ensure timeliness.
