  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our media teams, located across the Asia Pacific region, work diligently to ensure our media database is updated with accurate and relevant information.

They also create and obtain sign-off on industry-relevant content by reaching out to journalists, publishing short and long-form content, and supporting calls for help with our Media Requests service, and industry recruitment with our Jobs Board.

All this helps public relations firms and in-house communication teams connect with the right journalists and media outlets at the right time.

We are looking for an Associate Executive to join our Media Support Team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where you will work alongside knowledgeable and professional colleagues.

What you will do:

  • Maintain the accuracy and relevancy of the journalist and media outlet database in compliance with Data Protection laws
  • Build, update and verify journalist and media outlet profiles
  • Accurately and competently action lead generation activities to identify relevant database updates and content opportunities
  • Demonstrate company standards in the quality of work, output, and technical requirements across all duties
  • Demonstrate professionalism in prioritising and managing personal and team tasks to ensure all are completed on time and to company standard
  • Accurately publish adverts submitted to Telum’s Jobs Board in a timely fashion and respond to advertiser queries

  • Optimistic and energetic, enjoys working in a Team environment
  • Excellent standard written and spoken English
  • Enthusiastic about maintaining standards and great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
