What you will do:
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
• Experienced in posting job advertisement in any job portal and social media
• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
• Arranging interviews in coordination with hiring manager
• Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and client/ hiring manager
• Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and client throughout the process
• Collaborate & communicate with client to manage their expectations and ensure success effectively
Requirement:
- Digital savvy
- Solution orientation
- Minimum 1 year experienced as recruiter
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent to HR or Recruitment field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
