General:
- Support recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified staff.
- Establish hiring criteria with hiring departments and ensure new staff have proper job descriptions.
- Develop and implement long-term HR strategies.
- Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal guidelines.
- Oversee administration tasks including canteen and security.
- Support implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and projects as directed by HR Senior Manager/Manager.
- Ensure enforcement and control of 5S, safety, and environmental protection.
- Participate in quality, CSR, environmental, energy, occupational health, and safety initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Process and prepare monthly payroll accurately and timely according to employment rules and regulations.
- Prepare and check documents for statutory deductions and submit to relevant government bodies within deadlines.
- Manage employee benefits including medical insurance, personal accident insurance, and staff welfare.
- Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
Employee Relations:
- Ensure high levels of employee discipline in line with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with department managers/supervisors regarding disciplinary letter issuance.
- Arrange and facilitate domestic enquiries when needed, including panel appointments and recording.
Recruitment:
- Support recruitment and selection to meet current and projected manpower needs.
- Establish hiring criteria with hiring departments and ensure proper job descriptions for new staff.
- Assist in job offer preparation, onboarding activities, and briefings on company policies and benefits.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources and/or experience
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Familiar with HR software applications (eg. Payroll, Leave management) and proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Well versed in related regulations and laws eg. IRB, EPF, SOCSO etc regulations and rules.
- Must be able to work in Tebrau, JB.
- 5 days work.
