Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles – from requisition, candidate sourcing, and selection to offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by utilizing local market insights, managing recruitment channels, and supporting talent campaigns.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, digitalization, and automation, and contribute to the implementation of these initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience recruiting for IT positions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Self-sufficient recruiter with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in large, diverse teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT-savvy.
