Executive - Internal Audit

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility:

Assist the Division or Group Head of IA in the audit function for Group with the objective of providing independent, objective assurance and value-added services in improving the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes, operations and performance of the Group for the specific assignment.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carries out audit assignments in accordance with audit plan, applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the risk and control weaknesses of the areas audited and provide suitable recommendations/solutions.
• Develops/updates audit programs and flowcharts for audit assignments conducted, and as directed by the internal audit management.
• Reports control weaknesses, risk implications and provide value-added recommendations for improvement.
• Ensures documentation/working papers are accurately and appropriately developed, and that internal audit standards are met in carrying out all audit assignments.
• Preparation of timely and quality audit reports upon completion of audit fieldwork.
• Follow-up on outstanding audit recommendations and perform validation of implemented recommendations.
• Carries out any other responsibilities/ ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Department Head, Direct Supervisor and Team Leader from time to time.

Skills and Requirements:

• 0-1 years' experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• English & Malay (Written and Conversational).
