Event 2D&3D Graphic Designer

1) Meeting the design and decorations installation deadline for each event on time.

2) Have a capacity to handle more than one design project simultaneously and strong ability to finish task according to deadline.

3) Developing the image and atmosphere for the event and mall’s (interior/exterior) according to marketing plan from time to time.

4) Arrange with contractor to dismantle decoration setup after seasonal event finish.

5) Art team to dismantle any in-house decoration.

6) Provide decoration planning include theme/concept with event team from proposal until execution while achieved the design standard and responsible to present creative artwork to managers/leader feedback for modification amendment and approval.

7) Budget Control - Negotiate and liaising closely with relevant production team to ensure all jobs & information flows are briefed clearly and effectively including meetup with contractor and able to approach different printing company, contractor for quotation comparison purposed.

8) Responsible to make sure all decorations item is in a good condition and was keep properly (storing).

9) Do daily patrolling to make sure the installed decorations is in a good conditions.

10) Monitoring each individual assignment to ensure project meet initial deadlines.

11) Require to assist events; working with Multimedia, sound system, led screen visual, etc and proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day.

12) Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Superiors.

Requirement

1) Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.

2) Experienced as a graphic designer or in a related field. Experience working with shopping malls is an advantage.

3) Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

4) Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and any 3D Software tools.

5) A strong eye for visual composition.

6) Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

7) Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

8) Basic knowledge of decorating event, venue or shopping mall.
