Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for each project, expo or fair and support the management of financial performance, including budgeting
- Assist the team with cold calling, researching new leads and securing sponsors for expos and fairs
- Research, contact, negotiate, and close deals, advising clients on various event options and offerings
- Support event delivery from the proposal stage through execution and completion, including event planning and sales processes
- Assist with event execution by managing administrative responsibilities, providing sales support to clients, following up with clients, and fulfilling event-related duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including traditional and digital strategies such as social media marketing, Google Ads and programmatic advertising
- Leverage Star Media Group's products to promote events effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for presentations, report creation and data analysis
- Strong internal communication and vendor management skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to multitask effectively
