Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for each project, expo or fair and support the management of financial performance, including budgeting
  • Assist the team with cold calling, researching new leads and securing sponsors for expos and fairs
  • Research, contact, negotiate, and close deals, advising clients on various event options and offerings
  • Support event delivery from the proposal stage through execution and completion, including event planning and sales processes
  • Assist with event execution by managing administrative responsibilities, providing sales support to clients, following up with clients, and fulfilling event-related duties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including traditional and digital strategies such as social media marketing, Google Ads and programmatic advertising
  • Leverage Star Media Group's products to promote events effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly for presentations, report creation and data analysis
  • Strong internal communication and vendor management skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capability to multitask effectively
