Responsible for continuous improvement, ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and services, optimizing logistics processes and minimizing transportations cost.
Track and analyze shipments data, provide reports to the management to ensure continuous improvement on real time visibility, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Develop relationship with carriers, negotiating rates and contracts to secure reliable and cost-efficient transportation services.
Resolve customer issues related to delivery, addressing concern and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfactions.
Monitor and report on Logistics performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities and improvement.
Ensure Compliance with all applicable regulations, stay updated on industry standards and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare and review reports providing insights, recommendations for enhancing logistics operations and performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the supply chain, identifying opportunities for process optimizations and cost reductions.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely of delivery goods, fostering cross functional communications and alignment.
Increased operational efficiency through streamline logistics process and effective resource managements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
5+ Years Experience in Logistics Operations, demonstrating expertise in managing complex logistics projects and process.
Proven project management experience successfully coordinating multiple projects and meeting and project objective with time line.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data and insights to drive informed decision making and resolve logistics challenges.
Cheerful personality, strong communication, resilience, and learning ability.
Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advance knowledge of MS Office Products, utilizing tools and technology to support logistics operations and reporting. Power BI or Data Analyst functions.
Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
