Account Executive
Apply on
• Assist and handle accounts for the preparation of full set of
accounts
• Responsible to key in all transaction of accounts payable and receivable into the accounting system
• Update monthly bank reconciliation
• Provide clerical support to the department such as filing of
the related documents
• Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record
• Preparation and monitoring movement of cheque
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in retails
accounting.
• LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledge in
Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 software is an added advantage.
• Excellent math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin.
