Job Scope:
· Travel to customer manufacturing sites throughout Malaysia.
· Conduct on-site inspections to ensure proper application of our glue systems and optimal manufacturing conditions.
· Collaborate with customer factory managers and staff to understand their challenges and identify potential issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve glue system application and performance issues on-site whenever possible.
· Escalate complex technical problems to the internal Technical/R&D team for further investigation.
· Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of our glue systems and their application processes.
Skill Requirements:
· Experience in technical service or a related field (preferred).
· Chemical / adhesive background a plus.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
· Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid Malaysian driver's license with personal transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
