  • Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
  • Good command in spoken - Mandarin is an additional advantage
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Ready to work in shift rotations (AM/PM/Midnight shifts) based on business needs

Job Descriptions: -

  • Reception and Inquiry: Provide a friendly welcome, answer visitors' questions, offer information, and guidance.
  • Problem Resolution: Address visitor complaints and concerns, find solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ticketing Services: Assist visitors in purchasing and exchanging tickets, explaining ticket information.
  • Guidance Services: Provide basic guidance services, directing visitors to different amusement facilities.
  • Lost and Found: Assist visitors in locating lost items and deliver them to the lost and found area.
  • Queue Management: Assist in managing queues for entrance, ensuring smooth entry.
  • Satisfaction Surveys: Conduct visitor satisfaction surveys, collect feedback to improve service quality.
