Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Operations Director and Managers.
- Tracks all training hours and recertification record for all staffs.
- Manage team leave calendar and backup person.
- Minutes taking during operation meeting and to send out for follow up actions.
- Support in extracting all the database for the operations monthly report for all stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate team event, town hall, camaraderie and visitor/guest arrangement.
- Cost and expenses tracking, monitoring and report.
- Manage Office stationeries, PPE and operation accessories stock and availability.
- Visitor, guest, other Data Center Counterparts and VIP facilitation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in any discipline with 1 – 3 years related working experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS, CMMS/DCIM, ERP, Microsoft & Power BI
- Comfortable in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good planning and organizing skills
