Description

You will in be in charge of

  • Financial Leadership & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement the company's overall financial strategy, aligning with business objectives.
    • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
    • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare financial forecasts and projections.
  • Risk Management & Compliance:
    • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
    • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Cost Management & Control:
    • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to improve profitability.
    • Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
    • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and initiatives.
  • Treasury Management:
    • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity.
    • Manage foreign exchange risk and hedging strategies.
    • Establish and maintain banking relationships.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Profile

You will be suitable for the this role if you

*Have at least a bachelor degree

*Have experience in manufacturing sector

*Have experience reporting directly

*Have experience managing a team

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with an attractive of RM 15000- RM 18000 monthly.
