As the Organizational Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business's structure, optimizing job roles, aligning performance metrics, nurturing talent, and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and research to design a robust organizational structure that aligns with our business direction and strategic transformation plans.
  • Develop HR strategies that effectively support our organization's overall strategies and business plan.
  • Lead organizational development projects, defining objectives, requirements, costs, duration, and budgets.
  • Monitor and manage talent development programs, ensuring alignment with individual progress and organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance employee development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, job accountability refinement, and organizational structure enhancements to achieve a lean and agile organization.
  • Identify core competencies, develop tailored development programs, and sustain these competencies within the workforce.
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of workforce development programs, fostering a culture of coaching, learning, and growth.
  • Conduct communication sessions to guide employees in effective KPI cascading and the annual performance management cycle.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of succession planning and talent management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • 7-8 years of experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development roles within HR.
  • Experience in people management.
