Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow and expand GamingVault’s footprint in the gaming and blockchain industry. You will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving platform growth. Your ability to develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, including game developers, publishers, and blockchain partners, will be essential to the success of GameVault.

You will be responsible for increasing market visibility, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth by exploring new markets, identifying trends, and negotiating key deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming and blockchain ecosystems, with proven success in business development roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with game developers, gaming studios, and blockchain technology partners to expand GameVault’s network and platform capabilities.
  • Market Expansion: Research and pursue opportunities for GameVault’s growth in new markets and verticals. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships that drive revenue and user base growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities that contribute to GameVault’s revenue growth. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new partners and game titles to the platform.
  • Industry Networking: Actively network and engage with gaming and blockchain industry leaders to position GameVault as a key player in the space. Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings to generate leads and establish strategic connections.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and optimize a pipeline of potential partners and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Track and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with game developers, publishers, and blockchain partners. Draft, review, and finalize business agreements that align with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in gaming, blockchain, and NFTs. Provide insights and recommendations on how GameVault can capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and proper alignment of business development initiatives with the overall platform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the gaming or blockchain industry.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and finalizing contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry and/or blockchain technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to capture new business.
  • Adaptable and quick learner able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus.
