We are looking for a Product Manager (I&M) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to maintain and continuously improve the reliability, manufacturability, function, and profitability of the product. You will also be the main internal customer for Operations, Engineering, Technical support, and Sales and serve as a key point of contact for engineering product management on the assigned product line.

Impact You Will Make

• Establish and implement product objectives & priorities, with product marketing group.
• Lead assigned product to support product Development, application, manufacturing and technical support. Leads cross-functional teams as needed (i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Support, Sales) to respond to customer requests and ongoing engagement.
• Provide accurate deliverables to Engineering when launching new developments
• Ensure completion of projects from initiation to delivery; inform the customer of deviations.
• Ensure that all changes/enhancements are properly communicated, documented, and released to customers and Sales.
• Interface with upper management to ensure the product has adequate resources, communicate status, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain customer product configuration. Identify potential revenue opportunities and prepare value-added presentations. Support sales and marketing in quote preparation.
• Review and approve product cost impact at CCB.
• Identify and prioritize quality and warranty improvement.
• Engage escalated customers through the Technical Support team. Prioritize technical support, communicate status, and coordinate resolution of technical issues.
• Review and approve, internal and external 8D, prior to submission to management and customer.
• Manage the entire Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

Our Ideal Candidate

• B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the relevant field.
• Semiconductor business environment and technology knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in customer relationship and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
