Job Description:
• Conducting end-to-end 360 recruitment cycles, which encompass sourcing clients and recruiting candidates.
• Proactively identifying, evaluating, and securing business opportunities to drive growth.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of client requirements, providing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and facilitating follow-up communications effectively.
• Establishing and managing a comprehensive database of potential clients to nurture relationships and drive business development.
• Employing proactive outreach strategies such as cold calling to engage potential clients, close sales, and guide them through the closing process.
• Strategically leveraging social media platforms to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
• Managing the application process by receiving, reviewing, and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
• Conducting thorough candidate briefings, ensuring they are well-informed about job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and facilitating the selection process.
• Overseeing the entire recruitment journey from sourcing candidates to their onboarding.
• Cultivating strong client relationships, fostering talent pipelines, and expanding professional networks to drive future opportunities.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Preferably with 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Passionate about recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential clients.
• Persuasive and goal oriented.
• Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Team player.
• Able to communicate with Chinese Speaking client.
