We are seeking a motivated Tele sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales over the phone.

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present and explain products or services to potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in our database.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Able to converse and write in mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
