Boutique Supervisor

• Lead and support a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance by setting and achieving sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the boutique's appeal.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Train and develop staff members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
