Key Responsibilities
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ascertains their dining needs.
- Seats guests and manage the seating chart.
- Monitor’s restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- To provide exemplary customer services by greeting and acknowledging every customer.
- To ensure customers’ complaints and requests are communicated to management.
- Always uphold the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand.
- To always thank the guest when leaving the outlet.
GROOMING
- To be presentable and well-groomed always
- To abide to the outlet Dress Code standards
EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP
- Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of total retail experience.
- Ability to communicate and work as a team.
- Proven organisational skills – able to manage basic cleanliness & apply safety regulations at workplace.
- Ability to implement ideas and creativity to help business to grow
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
