Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence and liaise with customers such as customer enquiry, complain, faxes, email and shipping / delivery arrangements.
  • To keep sales department and customers updated on delivery schedule.
  • Attend to sales enquiries, price quotation, sales order, job order, invoice, DO and etc.
  • To assist in prepare project costing sheet, sales monthly report, and handling incoming calls.
  • Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with existing and potential customer.
  • Responsible to provide operational sales support to sales team.
  • Responsible for handling all ISO related issues.
  • Maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with multiple task and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
