They are seeking for potential candidates to join their Customer Service team for a better career opportunity and exposure.

About the Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for corporate account in terms of responds to service requests, inquiries and complains over the phone, via e-mail, or in person.
  • Converse with customers concerning their need. Includes orders, quotations, products and services
  • Provides solutions and information to concerns
  • Preparation and standardization of documents, reports and proposals given to customers.
  • Call customers proactively to advise of progress of the project and/or to gather information necessary to process orders thoroughly.
  • To assist the company in achieving an overall new storage target for the year from both the existing and new customers.
  • · To assist the company in preserving the business and generating new business. Main goal is to create credibility and strong and lasting relationship with customers.

About the Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Records Management or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply for junior level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Must be able to interact with customers and all level of staff.

Remuneration Packages

Attractive salary package from RM2,500 – RM3,500, depending on qualification and experiences.
