At Community Activation, our objective is to create authentic, relevant and relatable user-generated content with our Key Opinion Buyers who include our mothers, women and dads in the Supermom Community!

Our Community Activation Executive will focus on :

  • Develop compelling strategies to achieve commercial and branding priorities with Supermom's Key Opinion Buyers with a focus on user-generated campaigns
  • Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients (both internal and external partners)
  • Lead client meetings to understand goals, deliver progress reports, and suggest improvements or optimizations.Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial brief to post-campaign analysis
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, increase engagement, and maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations
  • Leverage analytical tools to assess UGC engagement levels, brand mentions, and overall campaign impact


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community activation, digital marketing or social media management, ideally in an agency setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing user-generated content campaigns
  • Strong client management experience, with a history of delivering results for multiple brands simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in social media trends and best practices in user-generated content
  • Preferably to be experienced in social media analytics and listening tools such as and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social listening tools).Creativity and passion for fostering vibrant, active brand communities
  • Proficient in English and preferably a SEA language
