Position : Customer Service / Account Manager (Executive/Senior Executive Level)

Salary Range : RM 3,500 – RM 4,000

Location : KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur (near LRT Abdullah Hukum station)

Working Hours : 10am – 7pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Scope:

· Serve as the point of contact between Company and Wellness Advocates leaders.

· Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate and follow up on extenuating circumstances.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Wellness Advocates

· Instruct Wellness Advocates on Company policies and procedures.

· Strategize with Wellness advocates by helping them to set measurable goals with an executable action plan to reach their goal/goals. Follow up as needed to assess effectiveness, adjust or to set new goals.

· Call and email newly advanced leaders to welcome/congratulate them and introduce them to Account Management and the benefits this program provides.

· Other responsibilities include emails, voicemails, chat and maintaining a page in the Leadership book for the members we work with.

Requirements:

· Good command of multilingual languages (reading, writing, and speaking)

· Good command knowledge of MLM industry and Compensation Plan

· Team player, enthusiastic, out-going, good communication and phone skills

· Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

· Previous customer service experience will be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
