Job Description :
- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and accurately via phone, email or chat.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Identifying and escalating issues that require additional attention.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide solutions for customers.
- Share feature requests and effective work arounds with the team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams, contributing to product improvements and service enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Skills/Qualifications :
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar customer service role.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Multi-tasking abilities.
- Bsc in Information Technology or relevant diploma.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
