Exciting Opportunity: Business Support Executive Role
We are thrilled to announce an opening for the Business Support Executive position within our Business Development Team! This role is crucial in providing essential internal and external sales support and will report directly to the Business Support Assistant Manager.
Role Description: The Business Support Executive will play a key role in supporting our Business Development Team by handling various sales administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing our overall performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general sales administration support, including data entry, sales report analysis, invoicing, and quotation generation.
- Maintain and update the customer database while assisting in tracking sales performance and KPIs.
- Act as a point of contact between logistics, production, and the sales team.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to developing initiatives and processes for sustainable long-term growth.
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures for all documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and keep records up-to-date.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Characteristic Requirements:
- A can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge in Excel being an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
