a) To tidy and prepare treatment room before and after procedure;

b) To assist doctor in clinical procedure;

c) To perform facial service according to standards set by the company;

d) To ensure client satisfaction and comfort during and after each treatment;

e) To provide professional skin analysis and recommend suitable range of skin care

products to existing and prospective clients;

f) To achieve sales target with team;

g) To keep client up to date with latest skin care product and facial treatment information;

h) To provide high standards of client service;

i) To build rapport and establish good relationship with client to ensure client retention;

j) To assist in checking and maintaining treatment inventory and supply;

k) To handle client request and enquiry when necessary;

l) To record client concerns and propose treatment plans in the client treatment card; and

m) To assist in ad-hoc clinic activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
