  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Data Centre Technicians to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network and system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Hardware Support: Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, networking equipment, and other hardware in the data centre.
  • Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for various applications used within the organization.
  • Work closely with Data Centre Technicians to implement hardware upgrades and assist with routine maintenance tasks
  • Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • This position may require working in a data centre environment, including lifting heavy equipment and being on-call for emergency support.

Job Requirement

  • Must have minimum diploma/degree in computer or information technology or related field
  • CV Must be submitted in english and able to speak english
  • Willing to work onsite in Kulai

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
