As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for our footwear products. This role requires a dynamic and creative professional with a deep understanding of brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Other responsibilities include -

  • Define and maintain the brand’s vision, values, and positioning in the market by developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure new products align with brand strategy and meet consumer needs.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, in-store) to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and advertising.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and external agencies.
  • Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends.

You MUST be or have –

  • A deep understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail or footwear industry
  • A self-starter
  • A start-up / growth scale-up mindset, flexible, and open to adapt to changing requirements when needed
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling
  • Passionate about consumer products that impact people’s lives
  • Able to work under stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
