  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities
1. Report to Technical Executive and Asssistant PPE Manager
2. Leading the morning briefing before the operation started at 7.45 am
3. Make monthly and daily production plan.
4. Ensure 'machine capacity study' for each month is checked before certified by the Operations Manager
5. Monitor the achievement of Key Performance Index (KPI) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
6. Ensure that FG stock in Logistics is in a controlled condition, which is a minimum of 1.5 days to 5 days.
7. Lead in activities to reduce costs and increase productivity through kaizen applied to all employees.
8. Comply with and implement all instructions and work methods that have been set out in the manual that is to achieve high productivity through excellent production or manufacturing practices and ensure at all times including the cost of production, proper planning and delivery.
9. Ensure quality products are produced to customers
10. Ensure the IATF 16949 Quality System is T6implemented, followed and maintained in production.
11. Supervise and ensure subordinate staff implement and follow 5S practices as prescribed.
12. Prepare KPI, KAIZEN, 4M and etc. reports for weekly meetings lead by the Operations Manager.
13.Ensure that the machine operates according to the planning and preventive maintenance that has been set and take appropriate action if there are any problems.
14.Conduct internal trainings to improve the operations and performance of subordinate staff.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
