Job Description
- Maintain high quality standard of the patient care by supervision and trained registered nurse according to the hospital clinical governance policies, involve the patient & care giver, physician and other healthcare provider.
- Ensure unit is at all time ready to provide services to patient: sufficient trained staff on duty, all equipment functioning well, sufficient consumable item, PPM as scheduled, etc.
- Manage cost effectively with hospital finance department.
- Undertaken clinical audit, ensuring the system in place for safe use of medical device and the incident or accident on faulty device on record reported and investigate in accordance with hospital policy.
- Operate correctly specialized equipment required in clinical department (eg: intra aortic balloon pump, pacemaker, infusion pump, etc.) and ensure all staff are trained to operate such item.
- Assisting nursing office in solving customers or patient nursing related problem and complaints.
- Ensure safe environment (hazard free), safe staff (health surveillance)
- Achieve department and personnel KPI and QA activities
- Assist and participate CNE, including BLS, ACLS, etc.
- Generate census report.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing and registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and possess valid practicing certificate.
- Preferred those who has post basic training in related field.
- 5 years of recent working experience in tertiary care Hospital.
- Commendable leadership and people management skills with strong sense of responsibility, commitment, high level of team spirit and self-discipline.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate medical information to non-medical Team/Customers/Patients at all levels.
- Able to work in challenging and vibrant environment.
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving skill.
- Candidate must be mature, trustworthy, dedicated, with high degree of initiative, result oriented and self-motivated.
- With good command of spoken and written at least in English and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent interpersonal skills as well as high level of team spirit.
- Must be computer literate with Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
