Job Responsibility
1. To conduct safety observation reports on a regular basis, whenever there is any ongoing project.
2. To conduct safety walks and inspections, this is to ensure safety risk being analyzed.
3. To educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation.
4. To provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
5. To investigate accidents those occurs onsite and identify possible causes of the accident.
6. To maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events.
7. To intervene in unsafe activities or operations.
8. To supervise outsourced security guards and company security personnel.
9. To conduct internal training for employees and provide external in-house training from outsourced.
10. To inspect workers dormitory facilities.
11. To monitor wastewater treatment plant according to Department of Environment standard requirement.
12. To comply with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Factory & Machinery Act 1967.
13. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time
14. New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
