Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust IT infrastructure (i.e. Azure and Office 365) that supports organizational needs and growth
- Develop and maintain information Cyber security strategies
- Assess all of the current cybersecurity processes and propose improvements to have the highest overall cybersecurity standards against both external and internal hacks, fraud, or theft
- Manage and report on Cyber security compliance across all information and operational technology areas.
- Provide security leadership and information security direction to the project delivery teams
- Provide security leadership and information security direction to operational teams.
- Ensure the execution of security policies, standards and procedures
- Stay abreast of security developments and advice, providing timely security advise to senior management
- Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and protocols to protect company assets from cyber threats
- Drive the cybersecurity operations including risks management, internal and 3rd party testing, and incidents
- Lead incident response and recovery activities, including forensic analysis and mitigations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Regional IT Team and cybersecurity professionals to maintain day-to-day operations and deliver IT functions to the organization
- Manage budgeting for IT expenditures, including infrastructure upgrades and cybersecurity tools
- Conduct and oversee regular systems and security audits to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to information security
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and stay abreast of advancements in IT and cybersecurity technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management for APAC regional offices
- Hands-on with cloud technologies and environments (Azure)
- Proven track record in managing regional IT team or tier 1 support manpower across countries
- Solid experience in developing and executing security strategies
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements
