UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team for a technology implementation project at an insurance company. The successful candidate will work on designing an electronic point of sales solution for our client's agency force, creating interactive Figma prototypes that align with business needs. This role requires strong collaboration with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of the design.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the electronic point of sales solution.
  • Creating interactive prototypes and screens in Figma for stakeholder review and user testing.
  • Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and understand their needs.
  • Working closely with front-end and back-end developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintaining design consistency across all screens and components.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience (UX), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the technology or insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for creating user-friendly and enjoyable digital experiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
