  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
  • Handle to contact suppliers for office equipment and ordering stationary;
  • Manage and filing the documents which are invoices, contracts and other documents;
  • Manage on-boarding services for new employees and expats, including arrangement of visa, work permit and residence card;
  • Organize meeting room bookings, meeting set up and team building set up;
  • Purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;

Requirements:
