Schedule and publish posts on all social media and digital video platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery.

Community management and engagement with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with monitoring and analyzing social media and digital video trends, hashtags, and platforms to identify opportunities to achieve growth and audience engagement.

Assist in measuring and reporting on the success of social media and digital video campaigns, to track metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

Responsible for creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.

Support the development of marketing strategies and contribute to the overall marketing plan.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital video features, tools, and best practices to maximize campaign and content effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Very organised with ability to juggle multiple projects

Experience in managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc) and video channels (YouTube, Tiktok, etc) for brands.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Strong working knowledge of graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Additional qualities that may be useful:

Comfortable with being in front of a camera

Video Production experience is a plus.
