Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative layouts for the website (UI/UX), digital communications, and BTL activities.
- Design graphics, infographics, and other visual content for marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal communications.
- Maintain and ensure the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, dealer channels, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with campaign objectives.
- Implement a stakeholder communications plan that supports enterprise branding and business goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of creative materials and messaging to provide feedback to agencies and suggest improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
- Diploma or degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Expertise in Marketing Communications.
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing.
- Proficient in Project Management.
- Strong designing and creative capabilities.
- Understanding of Consumer Behavior and Customer Journeys.
