Job Summary:
It is responsible for designing, describing, and managing solution engineering (non-functional) to match it with the organization requirements, i.e policy, regulatory, enterprise architecture amongst others. The role will also processes, interprets and documents business process, products, services and software through analysis of data, to oversee the whole business analysis team to ensure smooth operation of all processes within an organization. The senior business analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment with project goals.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate effort to develop, maintain, and review proposals/RFP/RFQ for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budgeting, and staffing.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide status updates and escalation to stakeholders including collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Work with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in the testing of new systems and ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as per policy and guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business analyst role with proven expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. He/she must have extensive knowledge of banking regulations, business operations, and principles of project management, and hands-on experience with data analysis, database management, and understanding of software development processes. Certification is an advantage.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analyst (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PMA, CCBA), Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
