Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX/Graphic Designer Intern to join our remote team. You will collaborate on real-world projects, contribute creative ideas, and be a part of the team’s decision-making and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on designing wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Contribute to the creation of visual assets such as logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, and web graphics that align with our clients' brand identities.
• Work closely with the team to iterate on designs based on feedback, research, and testing.
• Take part in collaborative decisions and strategy within the team to shape the direction of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills and design approach.

Requirements:

• We focus on skills over degrees – what matters most is your passion and capability in design.\
• A portfolio is preferred, but it doesn’t need to be strong; we just want to see your enthusiasm for design.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with clients.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Understanding of design principles, user experience design, typography, and layout.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate ideas effectively, and take constructive feedback.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and participate in collaborative team decisions and strategies.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
