Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Digital SME in initiatives to drive channel strategies in line with growth plans.
  • Leads and manage respective projects, develop business requirements that focuses on best-in-class customer experience.
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including group tech, design, marketing, and sales to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, their behaviors, and their needs.
  • Define and track product metrics and key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and group tech teams to create user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to guide product development.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new product releases.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Role Requirement:

  • At least 3 to 4 years of consumer/SME-facing product development and product management experience.
  • Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, enabling effective teamwork and the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Self-starter, fast leaner and highly adaptable to new environment.
  • Digital Native, with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape, technologies, and paradigms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
