  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

NSOL BPO is looking for a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team from Singapore or Malaysia. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Accurately update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
  • Handle client objections and inquiries with confidence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, especially in an appointment setting or telemarketing.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively during the day shift.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (preferred).
