  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Associate Implementation Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing both technical and functional support to clients, ensuring high-quality implementations of our WAY4 payment solutions. You'll play a key part in customizing and optimizing the WAY4 application according to project-specific requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering on-site training. This role offers excellent exposure to working with banks and payment processing companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client requirements and customize the WAY4 application accordingly.
  • Configure and install OpenWay software at client sites.
  • Provide on-site training and troubleshooting support.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to manage all technical aspects of implementations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and competitive services.
  • Apply innovative solutions to project challenges.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with UNIX systems and managing Linux virtual machines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in the IT or payment industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites
