Junior Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer

The job responsibilities of Junior Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer are mainly to develop quality assurance strategy, quality evaluation, find system documentation, record defects, analyze and solve corresponding quality problems, review, and improve quality processes, train, and guide team members, be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal employees, and be able to use quality tools for data analysis and reporting Duties and Responsibilities • Establish quality procedures, standards, and specifications for a company • Collaborate with production to make sure products meet quality requirements • Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources • Ensure manufacturing processes follow both national and international standards of production • Collect, compile, and analyse relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance • Supervise supervisor, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures • Review existing process and product specification to identify the need for improvement or upgrade • Approve compliant products and reject defective ones • Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities • Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures, and standards. Requirements and Qualifications • Degree in Electrical Engineering firstly • At least 3 years’ experience with QMS and QA • Familiar with the factory quality processing management • Be good at the communication with client and inside team, documentation making and management work • Can find the processing defects and use the quality tools to do the statistic and analysis to make the solution • Clear to ISO 9000 and can audit the processing and make the improvement • Can training with the process and defect improvement plan • Experience in QA environment is an added advantage • Able to work with team of quality assurance personnel to make sure raw materials and final products meet set standards of quality • Adapt at planning and developing standards, procedures, and best practices for ensuring product quality.
