  • Marketing and key account planning: Drive-marketing activities for AIS’s key/niche Islamic Wealth Management segments covering HNW, mass affluent, and institutional business. Regular updating of marketing and key accounts plans to ensure relevance and effectiveness in supporting business goals and strategies.
  • Marketing execution: drive marketing activities for AIS’ Islamic Wealth Management proposition in support of overall goals and strategies. Drive sales acquisition through development and launch of new product structure and marketing initiatives. Prioritize and design tactical responses to relevant ongoing market developments in order to preserve key clientele relationships and enhance further business development opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: nurture positive and fruitful rapport with identified internal and external stakeholders via regular formal and informal engagements, dialogue and collaborations. Avail regular, round the clock communications channels for the stakeholders. Attend to all needs, requirements, and request by the stakeholders. Ensure issues raised by the client group are resolved expeditiously and feedback to the client accordingly. Ensure all AIS new key relationship are institutionalized via formal possesses.
  • Market intelligence: be aware of market development relevant to the Islamic Wealth Management business through, 1. Own market research; 2. Industry report and marketing literature; 3. Regular liaisons with the informal networks of market contact. Responsible also to conducting market research and analysis on market trend and competitors’ of Islamic Wealth Management proposition.
  • Business Performance Management: monitor and provide transparent feedback on Islamic Wealth Management business performance to CEO and Board. Ensure all reports due to management are submitted with accurate information and in timely manner. Conduct post-campaign analysis for all marketing programs launched and documents key learning points for improvement in subsequent program rollout. Continue to improve existing processes with a view towards improving cost, efficiency and customer delight
  • Campaign management: collaborate with campaign management team to design and rollout Islamic Wealth Management products campaign for identified segments. Provide leads and feedback on campaign and marketing communication opportunities.
  • Subject Matter Expert Support: Provide helpline for internal and external customers. Conduct training and roadshows to regularly refresh product knowledge at channels. Maintain good communication with sales teams and channels as well as back office teams.
