Senior Account Executive

With strong partnerships across major retailers and e-commerce platforms, ABC has established itself as a key player in the beauty industry.

Job Description:

• Manage all financial accounting functions, including the preparation and timely closing of the full set of accounts every month, alongside payroll processing.
• Execute day-to-day accounting operations efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure the accuracy of the trial balance and general ledger, including maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, accounts payable, inventory, and bank accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Assist in audit and tax preparations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies as needed.
• Monitor and reconcile transactions from online payment platforms and retail stores.
• Record and categorize all financial transactions related to online sales accurately in the general ledger.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, StoreHub, POS).
• Experience with online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, and Zalora is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• A positive attitude, strong ethical values, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment located at Southgate, Jalan Chan Sow Lin.
• Preference will be given to Chinese candidates due to business requirements and start immediately or with short notice
