  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

· Manage IT Helpdesk logs and other system support in relations to systems related issues

· Manage User Acceptance Testing and post implementation

· Assist with report/data extraction and documentation as per standards required

· Conduct feasibility studies and business/functional analysis when required

· Evaluate alternative systems solutions and make appropriate recommendations to Supervisor

· Assist in the continuous improvement of IT quality objectives and procedures

· Carry out other special projects/tasks as may be directed

QUALIFICATION

· Tertiary qualification or diploma in computer-related disciplines

· Preferably with minimum 3 years relevant experience in application support

· Programming and insurance exposure is an advantage

KNOWLEDGE

· Good knowledge of AS/400 Query, OS/400, AS/400 commands and COBOL/400

· Polisy/400/SMART Application Development

Techniques

· Polisy400 Application knowledge

· Structured Analysis

· Desktop applications

· IT Security Awareness

· Project Management techniques

· Basic general insurance knowledge

· User Communications
